Today was the first day of Pre-season workouts for the Wrestling team and this brought about the return of the club team, Team Knightmare. The Heat Advisory forced a minor change in plans, as instead of running the young men met Coach Crotts in the weight-room instead of on the complex to run. To start off, each wrestler maxed out in some specific lifts to start the Arsenal lifting program. Coach Crotts then turned the evening over to Coach Mike Koontz as he directed the wrestling portion of pre-season practice. Coach Koontz leaned on returning wrestlers, Kaleb Forrest (Captain), Mike Lock (Captain) and Justin Love (Captain) to help monitor and correct the new members of Team Knightmare as they begin their Fall Season and begin with the fudamentals of wrestling.

Practice is Monday-Thursday at 5:30, with Running and Lifting after school each day as well. Friday is an optional Run Day.

Please remember we have our wrestling clinic Saturday in the Old Gym, cost is $20.00.
